Change what you're not happy with or learn to accept as is?

It's very expensive so you want to have lots of money . Another thing make sure it's done right .

I personally think wash to their own, I recently got a very small procedure done and I feel much better after it and it’s boosted my confidence so much!

I don't believe in it and it is what it is cosmetic surgery. It won't change you with all your insecurities, quite the opposite. Accepting how you look or work on what you have is more of a confidence booster. However each on their own as they say.

I live with my scars for 45 years now, while I hated them as a teenager and in my twenties, I'm quite fond of them now, they're part of me and my life. I'd rather go on a nice trip to the Caribbean.

Very true DH

Surgery does not remove insecurities.

I wouldnt, and when I was younger I would have scoffed at anyone spending money on vanity, but seeing how some body issues affect people, if it can help and its safe then why the hell not.

If you can afford it without having to sell a kidney and it boosts self confidence....go for it.

Money is for spending, if it makes you happy why not.

Personally cosmetic surgery is an individuals preference and if it makes you happy and makes you more confident than go for it.

My one gripe is when younger females fill

Their faces and have that stupid big duck lip look that makes them look 10 years older trying to look like every reality 30 minute reality tv star. I just hope they don’t regret it in a few years as it has to mess up your face.

A woman with big full lips is sexy but when they are obviously filled I actually find it a turn off. I’m no Mr.Universe myself but I am lucky to be a naturally confident person.
