When your profile vanishes

The strangest thing just happened. My friend went to log into her fab account only to find she no longer has one. I've checked my friends list she's not there. She is a quiet girl never ever been nasty rarely on the forums..I've often said she is to nice at times.. She is also a well known Fabber too.. can anyone shed some light on this. THANKS... |

Had anyone else access to her account? Could be someone close to her logged in ans closed the account.. never been banned or the like but i can only imagine you get some sort of message off admin before being straight deleted :/
Obviously she can just rejoin, but it makes more sense to get to the bottom of it  |

Account hacked and deleted or profile suspended or deleted account herself.
If you had a veri from her, check your veris under account/manage veri, if it's still there then account is suspended. If there's no trace whatsoever, profile is deleted. |

I'm thinking she was hacked. It's the only thing that makes any sense. She is gone from my veris too.. admin wouldnt just delete it they warn you about everything. Id like to get to the bottom of it too |

Both ladies could not access their accounts because their profiles no longer existed.
Why? I don't know, but it is extremely strange for no apparent or clear reason.

Doubt they accidentally deleted their account, we have deleted our single profiles, as you have to type your password, username, "I understand" followed by a 10 digit code of numbers and letters all into separate boxes.
But we are loving the mystery, who doesn't love a good "who done it"

I noticed a couple of profiles on my hotlist disappeared but new users with similar usernames have returned so hopefully some light can be shed on this mystery. They won't be able to post here for a week though. |

My money would be on she deleted her profile. So many people come and go and on here. We all know why too.
Get pissed off with the site. Take a break. Think about joining again and maybe it'll be different... Rinse and repeat.
But it's just easier to say I don't know what happened to my profile than the above. |

They didnt delete. They went online to log in here and they were gone.. |
