Anyone visit particular bars or restaurants just to admire the staff ?

Even establishments where the food might not be 100% but just to admire the views

So, leading on from there, any particular bars, cafes etc that are worthwhile visiting !

If someone else wants to start a Dublin, limericks etc version work away
