To local you mean next door?

If someone worth trusting why not.

But in general it can be messy.

I would say around up to 1 hour drive will do for me.

Suppose as long as you don't know each other bout half hour drive is a good limit done some local meets and it's bit awkward serving them... And bumping into each other is OK if ye had fun can be funny standing McDonald's sharing a cheeky grin

Bumping into each other can be fun, but not in McDonald's

I've been to Antrim, Down (Belfast), Louth, Cavan, Meath, Westmeath, Longford, Offaly, Galway, limerick, Laois, Wicklow, Tipperary, and Cork for meets. In the day I was prepared to travel... a lot!

Shouldn't forget Dublin should i?

"Not in same town and no further than 30miles for us "

Sound very reasonable.

But would be nice to have FB next door to.

Dublin/Drogheda

I don't mind traveling about an hour but sometimes this can be a wasted journey. Close can be handy but not too close to home.

So is no perfect solution and difrent thinks count.

For me discretion is important but then i don't want lost time driving up and down for nothing like no show off.

Some time you want to have a fish another time tank.

Why do not have all in same time.

down the road

Big difference between local in Dublin and local in the country. 20k away is still local for us and the chance of knowing them is high. When swapping photos with locals it can be nerve wracking when you go first. At the end of the day we are all here for the same reason and discretion is key.

Yes small towns are tight, when discretion mater most, I think, look for someone else's playground and be like a shadow.

As it takes me over an hour to travel to Belfast, I would maybe drive up to another hour for a meet if he really impressed me.

Wouldn't travel further than that for a coffee and won't meet for fun without a recent coffee meet.

In the past I have traveled with my ex up to 3 hours away but always included an overnight stay and other activities in case of a ‘no show’. Luckily all worked out well and lots of fun was had.
