Ok so we have had a runners thread cycling thread so I decided to try the mix . Anyone here to come out of the wood work who enjoys these disiplines together? Most welcome to post individual sport also. Let's see ?

Did the swimming running and bike riding when I was younger but now Day just about get round the golf course.....

just swimming 5 - 6 mornings a week is all and the odd long walk

Swimming time to time.

Running only when i chase a football.

Cycling trying to do 5 times a week to work

Plus gym 3 Times a week.

Hike at least once a month and looking for someone who like hike prefer a women but all welcome.

I have never tried hiking actually yet maybe some time I might .

I luv swimming but would not get on a bike for luv nor money . You would have to be fairly fit to do all 3 together .

Hiking is great fun but you still have to be fit to hike but it's great fun .

You don't have to be athletes to hike. It is for all, kids can do it. You can do hike for 1h some of them can take 5 to 6h, but still this is not a race to the top.

It is few hours out, you can talk, socializing maybe fabing some one.

But first of all you are still exercising, first steps are always hard if you running, cycling, swimming. You just need to have, will do attitude

Cant swim here I do gym ever day mix between weights and bit of running and cross trainer . Harder part is sticking to clean diet lol

Ex-racing cyclist... I still ride the bike about 10-15 hours a week. Also go to the gym to try and build up my scrawny upper body!
