I’m an ex-racing cyclist and still do 10 hours or so a week.. not sure the mamil look is the way to go though!

Sex lube is brilliant for preventing saddle sores. I'm a roadie and it's a load cheaper and easier to clean the shorts than chamois butter/cream. Gets warm quickly before you leave the house. A kiss or two down there might help.

I also rode 80 miles last Friday.
