Hey Guys, just putting it out there... What makes you delete messages ? Is the main reason the manner of the message/pictures/hoping you will get somone better etc ? Hasn’t happened much to me recently but when it does I can’t help thinking “is it me” or what is it... I have been called a few things on this but never unattractive from what I remember lol ! Imagine alot of single guys are wondering the same |

I take in a number of factors, so I pop in and out of here, I may not open my page for a few days. In that time, if they have sent more than one message I delete. If they haven't been arsed to read my page I delete. If there message is crude I delete (I know it's fab but respect is still needed).
And something's I delete because I have too many messages.
I don't mean to offend but I get called horrible things off some people who I have delete and then I am glad I have. |

I used to reply to people that I'm not interested in, but.... a month or so later when they "forget" what I said - they would pop into my profile again and see that I sent them a message before (top left corner) and then start pestering "how come we spoke before" and all bla bla.
Now I just delete all messages that:
1. Obviously show that a person hasn't fully read my profile.
2. Repetetive, rude and boring messages ( only so many times one can say how was their weekend/evening/morning/afternoon/sunny day/rainy day... you get the point).
3. People who are really not my type.
4. Are too far away.
5. Can't spell.
6. Assume that if it's a sex site - they're here to do me a "favour"
List goes on....

I have to agree with a couple of others in that I have deleted messages with just "Hi" or "How are you?"
Also for Dick pic mania and crude messages. And demands to know why I haven't replied when they can see I'm online - DELETE.

Being a new member here, and fair to say I have got quite a few deletes! Haha
A handful of you do reply back and its fantastic to get a bit of dirty talk going or even just random chat wherever the convo goes. :D
But a friendly tip or 2 where myself and other newbies are going wrong would be a lot more constructive than a delete  |
