As you are probably all aware Macmillan cancer are having a coffee morning o the 28th of Sept I was thinking holding one for fabbers great way to come along have a coffee and cake meet fellow fabbers and give a donation to charity any advice or help would be more than welcome |

Organise it so that everyone's welcome (the more bums on seats paying for coffee the better) and if any fabbers are paying a visit then have a code word or phrase for when yous say hello to each other  |

To be honest I'm a bit disappointed in the lack of response in this as everyone of us has either been affected by cancer either personally or someone we know yes I have to agree Macmillan nurses do a wonderful job and I think they deserve are help and support yes j am looking at a few venues hopefully get something sorted early next week as I am working all weekend will keep everyone posted |

It can be frustrating trying to the something like this together but I think it's the distance is the main hurdle to a lot more going. If there was one even in Dublin I'd head up to it. |

This is obviously something you are passionate about but not everyone will share your passion xx |

My work always has several in different departments. You may get more interest if you had a
date/location. Also the forums are only used by a small percentage of the site. There is an event option on the meet page you could use so it would be seen by more people |
