That following generations will never have. Here's a few of mine.....
1. Hovering over the record button on my cassette radio waiting for my favourite songs to come on.
2. The crisps that came with a sachet if salt to sprinkle yourself
3. Marathon bar and opal fruits.
4. Commodore 64

I remember Rowntree's 2 and 2 chocolate, although sometimes I think it's a hallucination as nobody else seems to. |

My favourite bar of all time. Talk about complex. They were so good though. I remember a local shop that used to break them up and sell them by the square. Good times! |

The excitement of one of your favourite bands releasing their new album.
No online leaks. No downloads. You just had to wait for the release date.
Then when it came out you'd bring it home and listen to it while looking at the album artwork. It was all about experiencing the package as a whole. |

Can't believe Dallas hasn't been mentioned! Charlie's Angels and the Muppet show.
Caramac bar's, bazooka gum, cola cube's
Writing with a fountain pen and splashing ink at your friends
My red chopper bike that I have the scars of ownership still.
Holding the bowl of jelly in the over loaded car going to picnics... the pride & panic of responsibility when it was your turn.
Egg sandwiches wrapped in the bread wrapper, home made apple tarts, stripy cloth deck chairs that swallowed kid's
Making hay ricks, bog hopping, orchard raiding, bonfire's, going on the wren, telephone box pranking, smoking, dossing school, spin the bottle, walking everywhere!
So many fun times amid the craziness |

Toys:
-Spinning top
-The egg timer shaped thingy that you spun on a piece of string with a stick on either end.
-The foam aeroplanes with the plastic weight on the front
- spud guns
- does anyone remember the toy that had penguins climbing up a staircase and sliding down a chute to the bottom? Or did I make that memory up?
-marbles
-flying kites
-stickle bricks
- water ring toss
-the goggle shaped yokey that you inserted disks with pics. When you pressed a button it moved through the pics.
Ahhh all the memories
Kids today would punch you in the face if you gave them any of these |

Making guiders with pram wheels that you steered with a rope. Rubbing nettle stings with a dock leaf. Baking spuds in a fire. 4 black jacks or fruit salads for a penny. When punts and pounds did the same job. |
