If you are using over 15Gb a month on the network, you must have WiFi turned off or something. I don't see how you could possibly do that.
I'm a relatively constant user and I only use about 2Gb a month over the network and about 6Gb on WiFi but I don't watch movies/TV on phone |

You're grand so, nothing to worry about.
If you have an Android phone, you can set a warning for say 10Gb in a month of network usage. Then you'll be alerted by your phone if you are getting near the max. You can also set it to stop using network data within a certain limit.
Sorry but if you have an iPhone, I have no clue how to do it.
In Android, it's Settings and then Data Usage |

I have only a 5gb allowance per month and I always run out before the end of the month even using WiFi as often as possible |
