Same here can't eat first thing in the morning
Not good when heading to the gym
I try and eat a protein bar, but in all honesty they don't taste great and the texture is horrible |

75g oats, 2 scoops of whey protein, 200ml of milk and 200ml of water all blended and down the hatch will keep ya going
And protein bars the nicest I found were the fulfill chocolate and hazlenut.. they dont have the dirty mucky texture of usual protein bars |

If you cant stomach a breakfast of oats or scrambled egg and 1 slice of wholemeal toast then just eat a banana and some peanut butter. You just need a quick energy boost to get you going for two hours. Protein bars are so full of crap it's unreal. You simply don't need them. Plenty of clean protein powders out there that you can throw into a fruit smoothie first thing in the morning. If I don't eat something before a workout I'll often be running on empty half way through. |

Porridge. 2 slice toast. 2 rashers. Tea. I used never eat breakfast...but forced myself. Took about 2 weeks and now I cant go without it. Big breakfast, medium lunch, Small supper. Home made protein shake after training. |
