So I've started this air bnb lately and tbh it's going pretty well at the moment. However it's hard work getting rooms ready and hold down a 40 hr job as well. Also one of the rooms is ready for someone to move in full time on a sharing basis (all bills included) at a very good rate. Any advice to stay with the air bnb or try to get someone permanently in? "Just hire a lady to do the turn overs for u . V simple . That could work..but I'm trying to keep costs down. Thank you for the advice though. "
You can include a cleaning service charge as an extra for each booking on airbnb and you can pay a cleaning "person" to do it for you so your not out of pocket . |

Anytime i use air b&b there is always a cleaning charge included ... for €40 you could get a cleaner for 2hrs

Thanks for all the advice everyone. I'll keep at it for a while and see what happens and sure at least there's a room ready for anyone that wants to move in permanently. |
