There have been a recurring theme lately about the difficulty faced by single guys (reasons we are all aware of) and the difficulty of couples finding the elusive single female. A poster on another thread (jokinly) suggested that the site would be better if it weren't for the single guys.
So should they be banned - don't have to listen to their constant whinging and couple would have their pick of single women
(Single guys looking for women and women looking for single guys could have their own site (fablite/Tinder/POF If you will).
Discuss?????

Bit harsh op.not all singles guys that bad.met some nice ones in the past.as someone else said there is bad wonen and couples here too. sur isnt that what the block button is for and filters  |

If it wasn't for the single men we wouldn't be here! Of course there are plenty of time waster men... But there are equally as many couples and single fems that cause trouble. So let's get abit of perspective here, the number of men seems higher because of the ratio on here but there is definitely a bigger percentage of really decent men. I think we need to stop single men bashing   |

There's room for everybody here. Time wasters and fakes, regardless of gender will eventually rule themselves out of the equation, so no need for any one else to take it on themselves to ban anyone.

Fab is like life, there’s good and bad and moaners. You can’t do anything about it. If the site tightened up how easy it is to join, it would be a completely different site and would very quickly eliminate the male, female and couple time wasters. You only have to look at new members that join on at the weekends and see stupid things like ‘had to join again coz I forgot my password’ or ‘I’m d*unk and someone told me about this site and I joined’ and their never seen again. |

Surly a a video call would be easy enough to find out who genuine and who's not.
Your always going to come across bad apples in life but block them and move on,

People are here for different experiences involving all different types including single guys single gals and couples fun and sometimes it can vary just by mood what ye fancy in the moment so just put up or shut up and enjoy playing the game |

We have found that a lot (not all) single guys are here to chat and send pics only. The excuses start coming out as soon as a meet is suggested, either that or they are looking for car meets. Such a let down. |

Oh written tongue in cheek - I was just combining two commonly repeated threads - to many single guys & to few single girls (for couples) - as a single guy I of course woukdnt favour a ban. I was throwing out the idea for discussion |

There has been a lot of single guy bashing on Fab but as someone who has recently returned after a hiatus I can say it's been that way when I was previously here too. Listen as in life outside of Fab there are good and bad apples everywhere, there are alot of good, decent single guys here and the same goes for single ladies, couples, etc and on flip side there are those from all sides who give a bad name too. The ratio of single guys will always outnumber everyone, that's just the nature of sites like Fab, etc. It would be a sad day if a decision to ban single guys was decreed, I somehow doubt that this will happen, mainly from a financial standpoint when it comes to site supporters that are male, would be interesting to see a breakdown of the percentages of site supporters amongst single males, single females and couples. Anyway I think the OP was just trying to gauge the feeling amongst us all about this, an interesting thread though!

Got seriously messed around by a couple last night.
Spent over 3 hours sitting in reception of a D4 hotel drinking 7up.
And this particular couple just gave me excuse after excuse. Asked me if I could be there for 10pm.
I messaged them and said I would be there for 10pm.
I then messaged them to let them know I was on my way over in the car.
But funnily enough when I got to the hotel,they were nit there, and out came all the excuses from them.
I messaged them and told them exactly where I was sitting in the hotel reception area.
Then they tried to claim I wasn't in the hotel at all. I picture messaged them to prove I was there but yet more excuses from them.
Finally I went home at 1:10am.
Its such a shame that this couple did this and behaved like this to me.
My entire night ruined and my time wasted. |

We have met some really decent single guys on this but we have also met some very pushy guys we get a lot of weird texts of single guys but we also get some nice one so I don't think we can paint all single guys with the one brush to be honest Mr here |
