Just wondering what do most people eat for breakfast, i get up at 6.30 and never really ate until 11 or 12 o clock, lately I started having smoothies and I'm finding I have alot more go in me

Usually the porridge and berries .. made with milk of course ... but today is the day off so .. bacon, eggs n coffee YUMM
