The undateables for those who haven’t seen it is a channel 4 TV program for those looking for love who is disabled in one way or another. So my question here is would you date someone with a disability? So I’m visually impaired and looking to join in on some of the fun being had on this site. So I’m going to try sell myself here for a min not that I need to or anything. I’m 6ft slightly tanned and live in walkinstown. Clean shaven and well groomed. Of average to athletic build and am a good looking guy so I’m being told and from what I remember ? I can hold a conversation and can be sarcastic in a funny way when the moment presents its self. Just cos I’m visually impaired it certainly doesn’t mean that I need showing around women’s body’s or help in any way I’m more than capable and had never any complaints from women. So I’m just looking to post this up to draw some attention and get the ball rolling I have one face picture in my profile if anyone wants to view it. All constructive feedback welcome and any sado’s with pathetic jokes I heard them already. If your female and fancy chatting then pm me thanks x |

Well done on the post. .very clever
It's a great question though I the age of equality. I really think with physical disabilities I hope I'd look beyond that and see a person. Get to know someone as a person..none of us are perfect. I don't think I'm that shallow. |

well done on the wise words the reason I posted it up here is because I've been up against it a lot on this site most people you say to that you have a visual impairment shut you off straight away. as you said without even getting to know someone. seprising thing is when im out in night clubs I still get lots of female attention without me even having to speak to anyone. |

i dont see why a persons physical abilities should affect how one is treated or looked at for example you said your visually impared but why should that stop you from having fun like everyone else i have met and been with people with mental and physical disabilities but never changed the way i saw them i saw the person underneath and loved that person it should never be a problem in my eyes as it make a person different and individually as important as anyone else this is my opinion on it anyway hopefully you find what your looking for and i hope that they see the true you inside |

yes my thoughts exactly but it seems there are no little fish biting my line so far. I get the impression that men are more open minded on this site rather than most of the women on here. I look at a lot of profiles on here and some of the kinks that people are into in my eyes are definitely more strange to me than meeting up with some one who cant see. and what I have to laugh at a lot of profiles state that the member is OPEN MINDED. haha I have yet to come across someone like this except for the kind words of encouragement that the posters on this thread had given so far. thanks to all x |

Trust me mate, lack of response isn't caused by the fact that you can't see. It's just that here are 30 men for every woman. I don't remember any time a woman would write first to me either. I guess that's just the way it is ... |
