Butcher down in Kilrush, Kelly's does the best sausages. Pork & Apple, Garlic, Normal and Black Pudding sausages.
They're amazing |

This is contovercial, and I will accept my punishment if I get banned for a few days for saying it but I don't get the whole superquin sausage thing. Small, thin, skin is like gristle and tasteless compared to A lot of others ...... there I've said it
hard to beat straight from the butchers. Better quality and better variety |

Butchers Daughter Made in Cashel Co. Tipperary by Una O’Dwyer... absolutely superb - normal or flavoured amazing ...
2nd place for me the more commercial Hodgins ... 80% pork and made in small enough batches in cork apparently ... |

There's a butchers in town here who make all their own sausages Inc turkey, beef, leek n pork, chilli, and loads more, my dá there is the bacon and cabbage sausages, unbelievable aroma when cooking |
