Looking forward to Damien Dempsey in Iveagh Gardens Sat night,then back to Harcourt hotel...maybe even shoot across to Coppers for old times sake seeing as I'm up from the country for the night!!!

Gosh I'd love to see Damien playing live again, unfortunately Saturday is out of bound.

I've never been in coppers, would they let an old biscuit like me in there? And I'm don't deliver on the nurse bit either....

Oh I think you'd be just fine in Coppers....or any other establishment in the country either for that matter. Pity you won't be making either Damon or Coppers this weekend though!!

Just so you are aware, he's not sounding the same as he used to since his operation. Heard him live on radio and his voice is not what it was. Perhaps some will like it more though.

Have heard him a few times since and a good few times over the years,sounding great to me. Wouldn't take too much notice of anyone singing live on the radio to be honest. Some good ones can sound bad and some bad ones can actually sound good!! He'll be giving it 100% either way.
