Spare room

I currently have a spare room that i dont use and have been thinking for a while about turning it into a playroom has anyone else done this any advise welcome x

Yes. Have always used a spare room as a playroom in the past when accommodating. Aside from anything else, it kept my own bedroom (my personal 'space') free of the memory if someone turned out to be a disappointment or a complete dickhead

Turn it into a kink play room.

I regularly meet a couple who are into kink,domination,etc.

I have made whips.floggers .paddles.cbt toys.and even a stocks for them.

Yes thats why i decided to use my spare room as aplay room so i could keep my own bedroom for my own private space lol
