I've found a couple of great tips...space raiders are only 55 calories and mini twister ice lollies are only 40! Great snacks!

I'm just approaching 5 stone loss, it's hard work and so worth it!

Space raiders are my saving grace when I'm chilling out in front of the TV

Bouncing on the 2 stone as said above the time of year isn’t helping things at all

This time of year is nice though for getting out walking and running... I'm trying to get in 50k this week! The nice weather has helped.

It's not easy when we are 40+ to keep the weight on the healthy level. The metabolism slow down and our hormones are up and down. I've been over a year on vegan diet now vegetarian and also do regular excersise (I dont mean sex only lol) every day min 30 mins and believe me or not it works.

Regime diet and healthy lifestyle helps.

Fingers crossed for all of you!

You have to be honest with yourself and find the best way for you

I've found just counting calories to be really helpful... if you use that my fitness pal app just to figure out for a few weeks then after that you have a fairly good idea of what your eating. Plus that way you still get enjoy normal food!

Just off 2 stone down in 5 weeks!! Loving it.

Had to dig out my box of skinny (er) clothes that i had put away

The question is when is it the right time to upgrade the clothes? Down 6 inches around my waist... starting to realise how baggy my tops are. Put in a killer 10k time today though! Smashed it in 53 minutes... Not too bad for a fatty! Lol

I'm also on the weighloss wagon.... I've nearly 14 stone gone!! Only the one more to go and then I'd say I'm done.

Next step is awaiting surgery for the excess skin removal and I'll say slimmingworld is definitely the way to go..
