I'm sat here with a face like a bloody tomato, am I the only one or has anyone else had a sun bathing fail?

Nope...after living in countries with summers like this every year and seen the effects on the skin from the sun...listen to the sunscreen song and live by it..!!

Did you use a high factor sun screen ....I bet A&E has been busy this weekend .

I did, but foolishly only applied it once then sat on the beach for the whole day. Ouch!

Lesson learnt.
