Hey all, I’m in need of a few Pt sessions before summer gets in full swing. Can anyone recommend a good Pt around Belfast? Ideally someone who works out of a smaller independent gym that maybe won’t require membership? Cheers |

Most PTs contract with their gym will excuse exempt you from me,bership fees for the time you are being instructed. Just pick a gym close to you that suits your routine and go in. Find a PT who motivates you. Don’t stick with a drab dull one.
I would offer but a few miles away.
