So yes I'm a smoker. I will have the title until such time as I am completely clean of the habit. Recently I have managed to stop completely for a short periods and also cut back to two or three a day. But I'm slipping back to heavy smoking again. It's horrible because smoking I think makes me sluggish and tired yet trying to quit brings on the same sensations maybe even worse initially at least! Has anyone had a similar experience and what was the outcome and how did quitting affect you sexually if you did manage..... |

From personal experience the lethargic/crap feeling subsides after a few days and you'll feel like a whole new man. Almost unbearable at the time but so worth it.
Sexually improvement was insane too! Stronger sexual urges and much harder erections...not to mention the fact that smoking has been proven to shrink your cock
More money, better skin and hair, fresher smelling clothes and please god a few extra years above ground...its a no-brainer. Of course it's not easy but every time you fall off the wagon try again. You'll get there eventually. Good luck |

It does take time to get over the crappy feeling! I’m 6yrs off them now. The hangovers too are not were near the way they were with smoking!
You have to be in the right frame of mind though do to it. One day I just couldn’t be bothered anymore and gave up!
Best of luck OP |

Quit when i was 24..sex drive hit the floor was almost non existent..normal in heavy smokers who quit..nicotine jacks up that feel good hormone dopamine in your brain..more dopamine you have the better your sex drive..mine slowly came back but tbh was never as good as what it was when i was a smoker..but that could be because i was younger too im not sure..wish i never started in the beginning..dont quit cold turkey..get 1 of those e-cigarettes at least you'll be getting some nicotine into your system without the other nasty carcinogens |

I've tried to give up a few times and always went back on them stronger than ever. For me it was the cost.
So Easter just gone I took my last one and never looked back.
Keep trying to give up, eventually it'll become permanent |
