I'd recommend Temple Bar.
Get as many shots into you as quickly as possible in any of the bars to numb your senses, then take your pick of any of the salons as you won't feel the pain as much

Immac is perfect for top end over cock but never n I mean never put it near or on sack or balls...it will destroy within 2mins as diff skin type..
