It's probably a bit controversial but not everyone on fab is a true Swinger. Some of us like me would rather a fwb rather than run the risk of being hurt again and fear of being loved again. I'm not a newbie here btw. Just tx for reading x |

I think Fab is a great way to meet some genuine nice people, my question was some of us are here because The Miracle Of Love Idea is well and truly gone..And that's why we are here on Fab,for physical intimacy and feel like a sexual beings again xx |

For people trapped in the Limbo of being seperated / single after a long relationship, and needing space to get to know yourself again before being able to even consider dating or being in a relationship again I think this is a good fit.
Dating too soon means almost definitely messing another person around where as seeking to meet interesting genuine people for a coffee who you find attractive might lead to a new platonic friend or realistically less often a FWB where mutual respect and chemistry exists.
It's not so much about sex for me as having the freedom to have a sex life if I meet some where we both click, without the risk of playing with someone's heart and hurting them.
Full on swinging lifestyle is I'm sure great fun if you are into it and have the substantial spare time to be a fully engaged Fab member....but being a Fridge Fabber is a nice fit for me. |

As you get older your perception of love changes. Things you thought of as important don't seem as important.
Fab indeed is an escape. Also a way of getting to know like minded people. That can take away a little of the pain if you're feeling pain. |

Basically BBD, when I say a 'Frindge Fabber' I mean someone like the OP described...a person on here who is only interested in finding a FWB as opposed to attending fab gatherings or meeting up with couples. |

"Does the Miracle of Love Take Away The Pain? is that why some of us are on Fab to escape it again??
You're a poet and you don't know it "
It's actually Annie Lennox and Eurythmics who are the poets in this case. |
