First movie you remember seeing in cinema
Jump to: Newest in thread
First one I remember seeing was The Fox and The Hound. Mostly remember because I stood outside the cinema afterwards ragecrying at me ma for bringing me to see that. Over three decades on I can't bring myself to watch it again and I don't even remember why. (Nor do I need to be told, thankyouverymuch.) |

I remember everything about the experience except what the movie was. I remember the sickening smell of smoke, me and my sister having to be taken out numerous times to throw up, my little bro crying the whole way through it, my grandad laughing the whole way through it and my parents saying " never again". Thanks for bringing up those memories OP. #goodtimes |

"Convoy "
Happy memories of an auld DV27 at home, hanging out the back window and a Realistic 40 channel in the bedroom.
Life before the internet!
Talking to truckers and then they knew to blast the air horns at a specific point, as you were there waiting |

I remember queuing up around the corner to go see The Jungle Book in the old ambassador cinema only to be turned away just when we got to the door because it was full. My Mom said we went back to see it another day, but I don't remember that.
The first movie I remember was E.T. I remember being scared shitless at the "throwing the baseball back" scene. |

Jaws in 1975 when I was 10 years old.
That's when adults picked smoking and non smoking seats.
The Usher came round at the interval selling ice cream tubs, crisps and popcorn.
Yes it was in colour! |
