Happy Solstice Rover.
Apparently quite a few people on a big hill in Meath last night with a big fire and a huge deer made from sticks. Tonight will probably be packed up there.
PS in case you're wondering, I got a 24hr Naughty Step before for naming said hill of high kings of Ireland  |

No way !!! Well that's a bit nuts. The high kings Hill is just magical for summer solstice but the holy grail is the mound for winter solstice. Druids ... magic ... chanting ...power of the female circle. I love it  |

I'm sure it was .. it can be celebrated anywhere. There's just a lot of spirituality around the other places. It's celebrated in a few different places  |
