Avoid AFF - they *apparently* employ people to create and maintain fake profiles, even going as far as messaging guys occasionally to keep them interested and paying their subs.

illicitencounters really good with a 2:1 ratio of men:women. Women are free but guys have to pay an eyewatering amount. Aimed mostly at married people but If you're not looking for the kink that you get here, your success rate will be really high.
