Past lives, have we been here before?

Just watched an interesting documentary on this last night.Personally I thought past lives were a load of Bolix. Until I had a regression done a number of years ago, and a few since.
The first was in a group. when I shared my experience, a woman in the group started crying, and went on to share the exact same experience. Same time, same place, what was said by each of us, our actions/reactions. Too many details to explain here. It was so vivid and real, Absolutely blew my mind.
Something to It? Load of BS? What do you guys think? Have any of you had a past life regression done? |

I'm part of a spiritual group and we do past life meditation it can be very intense .a member also uses numerology to work out on which life you are on in a cycle of 9 . I personally believe energy cannot be destroyed which is what our soul is so it's a possibility for me to be reborn |

I find this stuff fascinating. I'm not sure how much of it I could explain but I definitely feel there is more to this world than what we can see or prove. |

Oh I totally believe all this stuff... coming back again etc...only last week I went to my solicitor and made my will... yes sir eeee... in it I left everything to my self... |

Excellent. I hold a spiritual meditation group twice a month, and we are doing a past life drumming meditation next week. I think it's great that more people are open to exploring outside of the things we were told to believe growing up. |

You're half right.. energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be repurposed or redistributed.. consciousness however isnt energy, it is the product of energy, and in death, when that electical energy dissipates into heat, chemical and potential energy, the consciousness that it supported ceases to be.. |

Totally agree, that's why I think it's important to think outside of the parameters that are set by others, and make up your own mind based on your own experience. |
