It helps me a great deal, op. Says it to get temporarily rid of horniness, or for stress management or simply for pleasure etc. etc. Additionally it helped me to get to know my body very precisely over the years.
However to my great surprise I learned only recently that some women don't do it at all, never did. How they don't do it I simply don't know.
