Pic of the eviction notice from my landlord I had to send to threshold ( to see if it’s a legal reason to evict ) . Lived here for 13 years , had my daughter here , been his tenant elsewhere for 8 years , so 21 years altogether . He’s never had to pain the place or do any work on it , just wants me out so he can double the rent  |
