32 years old here....
Still lives with Mammy and Daddy.... sometimes anyways!
Rented for 11 years and forced home after my landlord sold the apartment I had rented for 7 years out from under me....
I am in my crinkled nut sack paying 1600 for a shoebox in Dublin.
I rent a property outside the city alright but if I'm in the Big Smoke for whatever; the family home is where I bed down.... less I get better offer!
Also my lifestyle doesn't lend itself to a house share |

Iv seen the stupid prices for property for rent. I cant n do not blame anyone for moving bck in with mam n dad.
I was one of the lucky ones to be ablessed to buy property bck when house prices were at its lowest and even harder to get a mortgage.
So all I can say I'd good luck to the people that have to move bck in with mam n dad. N hope they get on the property ladder.
