Can't beat fresh vegetables, I love them. They are so versatile for cooking (before anyone goes there!) I love butternut squash and celeriac for homemade soups and for oven roasted vegetables it's beetroot, carrots and sweet potato, delicious hot or cold in a salad but the most versatile for me on flavour is garlic. Hot, cold, soup's, stir-frys, dip's, salad dressings... it's brilliant and has great health benefits also. |

"Minnie you’re asking an Irish forum for their favourite vegetable?!? How come everyone isn’t saying the potato?!?
I didn’t realise the Irish had turned out to be so metropolitan "
Indeed ,they are very metrosexual with their French beans and their fancy ways.
I'm impressed! |
