Get your diet in check...change one or two things to start with..like...try and cut out sugar....and say chocolate...eat brown bread instead of white...try and not eat junk food...drink plrnty of water..just some pointers...
Plus..fitness ways...cardio alone will make you lose weight but you wanna change your shape..in your case your asking bout moobs...kettlebells are a great functional resistant cardio fat burning..muscle defining tool...they can do wonders..but tbh if you can get to a gym and use some weights...aka barbell for bench press..squats...and deadlifts..and fit in alot of dips and pullups(assisted if need be)...keep good form is vital through-out...just some things to think about...Pintrest is another good app you can search up on stuff too |

Everything stems from your diet. Like all the above start out slow and work your way into it. After a while cut out more etc. Fitness wise get yourself a heart rate monitor work out your fat burning heart rate and jump on the treadmill bike cross trainer or rowing machine be it running jogging or even an incline walk stick in that range . Once you notice improvement there, id work on weight training and that's a whole different convo |
