I got a bit adventurous with my grooming and decided to give something a waxing the other day. Luckily I decided to give the armpits a go first, because holy christ almighty was it painful! 
Now, you are supposed to hold the skin tight but as I had 1 arm in the air and other ripping off the strips I couldn't do that, which might be why it was so bloody painful. Which reminds me, there was some blood, a bit of purple bruising and red skin for a little while after. It now looks and feels normal (minus some hair) the day after, but it's made me think twice about continuing that adventure anywhere else without some local anesthetic.
Fair play to anyone who does that on their legs or funderland. |
