My gfs period is 7 days late. We did a test with ClearBlue in the morning and got negative.

How reliable is the negative with these things?

Those tests are pretty accurate, even a couple of days before the period would be due, did you only do one test? Try another and if it is also negative its pretty unlikely she is pregnant. Is her cycle regular? Or has she been sick or under a lot of stress? It's not uncommon for periods to be late occasionally.

I’m paranoid atm so don’t trust their own claim of 99%.

She’s been under stress from exams and career choices. She’s been late quite often but maybe not 7 days. She’s been through a time when she’s had no periods at all in the past.

We still have a digital one which we plan to use on the weekend as well.

A bit worried a pregnancy goes undetected.

Maybe its polly cytic ovaries. If periods are hay wire maybe she should see her doctor.

To put her ease you should show her this forum post. I’m sure that will put her mind at ease.
