Do you often put your postcode on a letter you're sending?

I suppose it would answer the question why keep receiving your letters back in the post

"Is there people in this country seriously using the eircode? "

Nope , the postal service is refusing to use them when distributing, hence we are refusing to put them on the letter . Besides, i cannot find a field in the e-mail headers where to put an eircode

When I signed in yesterday it asked for it, it says it wants the first half of the postcode, I can't go into search on the site because it says I haven't put my postcode in yet.

38 million tax payers money well spent.

I got once a eircode to find a quite remote house. It took me a while to pinpoint the same spot in Google maps for navigation as the eircode uses different maps and isn't providing coordinates. Completely useless....
