Go anywhere and you'll always find something awesome.

European cities, try Copenhagen, Riga, Bilbo or Budapest. Malta is also worth a visit for the sun. The Balkan countries hide a few gems. Any south east Asian country is always good, just to experience the madness of it all. The US is can be good in small amounts, New Zealand for jaw dropping scenery and friendly people. Just set a budget pick a spot and go

Loads of places but with all the wars in the world most are not safe to be in
