Ok I know there’s a million PTs on the site and looking tips for when loosing weight how not to be left with layers of skin?
What’s the best thing(exersize) you can do to avoid it ?

you can't spot "tone" areas.. you need to loose fat and build muscle.
its a long process.. "
It can be speed up slightly by starting with full body work outs before you start specific conditioning on legs/arms etc.. |

Best thing to advoid saggy skin is just to loose weight slowly . Lost 6 stone 15 yrs ago took 2 yrs . I only ever walked so slowly slowly is the way to go . |

I dropped two dress sizes twice in my life. First time was through healthier food choices, walking 4/5 times a week and 1 cardio workout a week. I did all that mid week and slobbed on the weekends it made it easier to do. I was toned, healthier and feeling great in under 12 week's. While I have mainly maintained the weight l |

Oops...
I lose the tone if I don't excercise. You lose tone way faster than it takes to get it!
The other time I lost weight was due to a stressful time. I dropped nearly 2 stone in less than a month but do not recommend it! Fast weight loss equals fast regain. |
