Who is cooking what for grub today guys?
Am beginning to get hungry so thoughts have well and truly turned towards food.
For me it is going to be spatchcock chicken ..... on rack in oven with roasties and garlic and onions and carrots and peppers in a baking tray underneath so juices drip all over them ....... looking forward to it already!!!
And will be doing mushy peas to make up for lack of gravy. |

Have been eating a lot of fish lately . For Easter Sunday I did poached salmon wrapped in foil in the oven ( only takes 20 mins ) . Yesterday had Seabass panfried with a bit of butter , basmati rice and broccoli spears , and today I did hake , tossed in seasoned flour , again pan fried with potatoes and carrots . Was delicious. Fish is so tasty , and really easy to cook , takes a fraction of the time meat takes ... ok , fish rant over x |

P.S. I love fish too ..... anything seafoody is great. I have a killer dish that is a kind of Thai/Mediterranean fusion for sea bass.....cooked en papilotte ..... delish. It's my own recipe actually but anyone wanting to try it please feel free to pm and will send on recipe. Oh and a REALLY tasty prawn pil pil too!!! |
