Ive enjoyed the pics of you ive seen so far so id say go for it. I love art so if they are done in good taste and you want to do them then dont let others stop you. |

If you know him, trust him and he has a photographic eye then maybe, maybe. However you have to consider it is his portfolio, you've no control who eventually gets to see the pics - I guess we're not speaking about headless fab pics - and where they end up. Also I recommend that he's showing you the pics he wants to use and you've a veto right if you don't want to see a particular pic in his portfolio.
Finally who keeps the originals? Best might be to have some sort of contract signed regards rights. |

This came up in a post by a male member last week offering to take photos of females. When i asked him if he would provide a disclaimer document detailing who can use the images he got very defensive. The best photographer and friend in the world can turn into your worst enemy within days so as long as you have a written contract signed by both and you keep the original then go ahead and enjoy the shoot.
We had photos taken by pros many moons ago and all gave us disclaimer/usage contracts. Enjoy and be safe |

Best off doing your own, that way you have control of where they end up. If he sells them onto a stock photo site, you could end up getting some fame you don’t really want. |
