Hi all, we're visiting from the 3rd to the 6th of April,

Looking for ideas on what to do aside from the usual basics!

Tourist sites, best pubs, best steak etc.

Any enlightenment is very welcome

Thanks x

Guinness storehouse and dublin zoo are both great, as for pubs expect to pay silly money for a pint and avoid temple bar unless just for a stroll

If u want some real Irish history visit the Collins museum and the dublinia and christchurch cathedral and just enjoy a nice walk thru the city

otherside of nowhere

Hi there...we feel the best pint of Guinness is served in Arthur's near Guinness brewery...nice basic food and not rip off prices...the prices in the late bars in temple bar increase the later it gets...so be aware...the church bar and restaurant is interesting have a great time

Being from London (now living here) and I'm totally not into history whatsoever I did actually find kilmainham gaol a great visit and learnt loads - well worth a visit, and was cheap too! also the guniness factory is a good shout
