Hey with spring just around the corner are there many people here who enough spending time in n the veg patch.

What do ye grow, anything out of the ordinary?

Figs are lovely and easy enough to grow also if you have a poly tunnel or conservatory. My friend grows grape's and figs.

Never thought of figs..have basket of strawberries..blueberries..raspberries and even a lemon tree indoors that gets brought outdoors in the warm weather.

Kilkenny, but Dublin is more fun

Have a load of potatoes growing at the moment, varying between earliest and main crop and soon t'will be time to put down my cabbages and courgettes.

Had blueberry bushes, the bloody birds and the dog loved them

Ohhh lemon tree sounds interesting. I grew most veg and few fruit trees and herb's. It would be easier to list the veg I didn't grow, you would be amazed at what our irish summer can sustain.

Once planted three bags of flower bulbs in the ground.only two flowers came up
