Cosmetic surgery for men

Gents would you consider any type of surgery?
Lipo suction, nose job, hair transplant etc.
And if so would you tell anyone?
As a man, i feel theres somewhat of a stigma attached. Its somehow, not a macho thing to do.
Where as its completely normal for a lady to trim/tuck/suck/fill any part of their bodies!
Ladies, whats your thoughts on men who have some work done? |

I'd get veneers (the Hollywood type smile but not as Hollywood haha) and it wouldn't bother me. If Penis enlargement was safe and practical I'd consider that also 
As for the rest probably not. |

I guess the amount of answers speaks for itself.
I'm not a fan of unnecessary cosmetic surgery and the results are often not very impressive but it does have its place and I can't see why it should be more acceptable for women than it is for men. |

Often thought about corrective eye laser treatment but once you go over 40 you still probably will need reading glasses anyway.
Penis extension is simply cutting a muscle at the back of the penis so it hangs lower thereby appearing longer. As far as I know you cannot physically make your penis longer than it is.
I'm happy enough with my lot..God delivered it..I signed for it. |

I wouldn't care if a guy had surgery. At the end of the day, cosmetic surgery is about pleasing yourself. I'd never begrudge anyone their happiness. Furthermore, I've never been financially secure enough to spend money on elective surgery but I swear to sweet baby Jesus if I had the money I'd be like the god-damned bionic woman. Oh god yeah if I had the fund's...knock me out and wake me up when it's all healed! The only thing that would concern me is where is the finish line in relation to elective cosmetic surgery. I am generally happy in myself and fairly healthy but a few tweaks that mother nature can't assist with would be welcomed  |

Might not be in the same level as invasive surgery but I had my teeth straightened about 6 years ago. Its something i always felt a little self conscious about even though no one ever commented. After they were finished I was really surprised at how many people noticed.
Its funny how perfectly straight teeth wouldnt be on my checklist (dental hygiene is a must) yet i still felt the need to have my own teeth done.
In a nutshell if it makes you feel better about yourself the go for it. |

Considering hair restoration, recently started going bald and I was allways quite perticular about my hair, people say the shaved head suits me but I’m very conscious about it! Have to say it was a massive massive thing to happen for me so I can see how other people would get other types of surgery to change something that their not happy with |
