Often suffer from back pain and between work and back training again I haven’t much free time but a few people in work keep telling me my backs full of knots and very tense.
Was wondering if anyone did massages in Belfast and had they any recommendations?

I have taken classes in thai and Swedish but strictly an amateur - Orchid Thai know GT Vic street is very good but ask for Thai not Swedish - Rhee is a lady in ravenhill area that does yoga massage - also very good there is another one in West belfast where the lady is training a guy so you get 4 hands .
