in what way? Just plugged stuff out. Getting message it is not possible to connect to eir vision. Your set top box must be connected to the broadband connection for which it was registered

You need to switch it off at the mains and leave it off of at least 30 seconds and check all cables..

Yeah, the aftereffects of Guinness have been known to kill a few electronic devices

Seriously, sounds like a glitch on the box, which has now corrected itself. Wind shouldn't affect it as it's through your landline
