Yeah, I've read up on it, Wikipedia: "medical device for neurological use.....also used in bdsm play.... Because of hygienic concerns, these devices are rarely used any more."  I wasn't far off, the sewing tracer is mentioned as well. |

The wheel slightly pierces the skin, once you use it on more than one person you've a hygiene issue.
Well the pic is certainly different, it took me a while to figure out what it is and find it a bit creepy tbh. Not something that would attract me but Ginger's response shows that it's know as a 'sex toy' and can give a great sensation.  |

Ah but that's where soap and water comes in, much the same as you should wash any sex toy after use tbf.
Noted, the joy of life and sex as always is, different strokes for different folks and yes, yes it can.

I've used pinwheels in play and not once has skin been pierced. Ive both given and received and its a very enjoyable sensations. I guess it depends on the play and also on the wheel. Some are quiet sharp. If it's a worry for some you can get disposable ones. |
