Back this week. Havent trained properly in 3 months but still managed 30kg squats (found it light) and 30kg deadlifts. Goibg to try a yoga class next week to mix it up. |

Just finished a 5k a day challenge which was exhausting. Now I'm going to rest for a few days then I'd like 3 runs a week and a gym session. I've lost 12lbs in January and I want to continue this on
This has done so much for my wellbeing and for my own positive mental health. So many moaning about January but I've ended this month with a huge smile on my face ... I've also had amazing sex too |

Weight training 4-5 days a week. Still haven't started any cardio so my fitness would be crap even though I look in shape haha I eat clean enough but have a treat almost everyday and takeaway the weekends. Haven't drank alcohol in 5-6 weeks and won't for about 5-6 months. |

I started back in gym three days weights a week and do two runs a week, 5k or 6k aiming to move up to 10K. Eating well, cut out loads of gluten, dairy and sugar. Dark chocolate for a treat. Not much beer. It’s doing my head and body good |

Canoe regularly, hiking, adventure off road motorbiking amongst other outdoor activities. Careful with what I put into me and plenty of fresh air.
For me welbeing is a way of life not just a mental approach. |

Rather strict diet. Loads of squats, bench press and few other exercises. 3 days a week. Muscles are growing nicely but still need to see how to get those abs out from underneath the belly fat. Alcohol is the last thing I need to drop to see even better results. |

"3 bootcamps and 2 weight sessions a week for the last 2 yrs .. hit a pb 2night 110kg on deadlift .. well pleased "
110kg is actually very impressive. I wouldn't be doing much more than that (not that I'm a big lad cause I'm quite small) but you're a strong lady. |

No, heard something on radio a while back about, you'll never guess so I have to tell you, Americans who are now doing tickling exercise classes. Apparently everyone leaves on a high and I'm sure some need a change of underwear
Laughing yoga is something a touch more Fab like and involves two or more participants and not a lot of clothing. It's when the laughing starts that's key to the success of the session though I must Google that maybe they have a video on tickled Ng exercise classes. And start them up here,
U can be my first too join JD
In like Flynn. I'm seriously ticklish in places who's Flynn?
it's an expression. Like Try stopping me, I'll be straight there ah rite, must be the lingo up their in your place so " they say tickling can be used as punishment aswell, when I googled it |
