well quote is better than mine..
the aa is knocking off 10% of car insurance if you do it online
if ya car is worth under 5000 just get 3rd party fire and theft
tell them it's parked in a private garage
alarmed and immobilized
as long as you have paper in the window and be carefull driving that's all that counts
every thing to cut down the price
my quote was 1300 and got it down to 940... |

Gocompare and sites like that are ok. Had a accident few years and axa upped my quote to £1100 so went on internet and got it for £600 through tesco. There crafty scamming bastards. I didnt ring after the year they decided to start trying to charge me but told me nothing for a few months.
They backed down and wipped ny debt but took a threat of getting solictors involved. |

I strongly disagree with this. Your insurance is there to insure you if have an accident. If you tell your insurance company lies you may aswell not pay your insurance because they won't pay out. God forbid you have a serious accident you'll be glad you told them the truth and you have full cover

Its crazy the amount of companies who wont insure my 03 car. No wonder people drive with no insurance. Thinking of going 3rd party as plan to change car by easter anyway |

Used to manage a renewals department in an insurance company ring them
Ask for an alternative quote if they have a handling fee ask them to take it off plus and discount (always have discounts) or try fbd I moved all my policies over there after I switched careers |

Will have to spend tomorrow making calls. Full no claims, full licence over 10 yrs, car only worth 500 quid 1.6 petrol and some of the quotes are mental |

It's crazy I paid 700 last year and 1100 this year on a 2010 1.6 diesel companies are trapping customers cause now most companies won't give ya a new quote unless the car is 05 or newer one trick is to have an experienced driver over 35 with a full clean history on the policy but look if anyone is looking for help feel free to drop me a message have a fair bit of experience in this |

Believe me they would ask you for your birth cert if they thought they would get away with it most of the questions they ask are just to find loopholes like where is the car parked over night? Makes no difference to the price on any of the brokers I have worked for but if u say garage and it's on the road and the car is stolen they won't pay out |

Nct is a money spinner for the gov . Lowest ive got is 680 3rd party 730 fully comp. Going to see will they give me full comp at 680. |

The Nct is good value. You only have to pay 40 odd euro every two years. My van has to be tested every 12 months at €113 every time. And it has to be tested once the van is 12 months old  |
