For all you campers, brittany ferries starting a service from Cork to Santander from April.... Could be very handy.

Plymouth to Santander is 20 hrs. Overnight. Cork to Santander is shorter....

Yeah in theory a good idea but over 2 full days just travelling to the port.....hmmmmmm no thanks!!

Yes you would be much better cos the sea can be very bad indeed . Been there done that . It would be much better flying

Only suitable for people who have their own camper or caravan. Rosslare to cherbourg is 18 hrs 30mins on irish ferries and 17 hrs with stena. Then 900km drive to Spanish border.

Supposedly its 26 hours and no-frills. Probably more suited to truck drivers etc than holiday makers, I'd imagine.

Description of the boat to be used on sailing sounds very basic i love the basque area of spain and would love to drive around it but think i will fly and hire a car rather than bringing my own

Will suit some people more than others, especially anyone afraid of flying. And if cheaper than flying,you also save on car hire.
