You need to get yourself into doing some kinda pattern or routine and not venture too far awsy from it..say gym 2-3 times a week and have set things to do over different sessions...go onto the likes of pinterest..youll get loads of info..but at the same timd if your really looking to watch your weight and all that then you should try and cut out a few things like sugar and sweet foods...fruit is good...snd drink plenty of water too...get yourself doing a wee program over 4-6 weeks..see how you fare...and always change it up to keep things fresh now n then |

Good advice some dicks on this I do go 3 to 4 times a week and watch what I eat just lost interest for a while was 15.5 stone last year am no 13.5 so am getting there |
